How do I process a return? ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS.


STORE CLOSING. ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS. Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase. The item(s) must be in its original condition. Strung beads must be on their original string. We do not accept returns on cut chain or cut cord. 

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please follow these instructions to process a RMA through your account.

1. Log into your account.
2. Under 'Track your recent orders', select the invoice for the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Click the blue button Add New RMA.
4. Select the item(s) to be returned and enter the quantity to be returned in the box to the right of the item.
5. At the bottom of the page, select the Reason and Method from the drop down menus.
6. Enter any Comments to help us process your return. For example, if you request an Exchange, tell us what you wish to exchange the item for. Provide us with the product name, color and quantity. We will make the necessary adjustments and notify you of the cost difference.
Any other information can be included in the Comments box as well.
7. Click the blue button Save RMA to finish.
8. Record your RMA number for your records. will be notified of the pending RMA. We will review it for approval and contact you with instructions for returning your item(s).
