How do I track my package?

To view current package shipping status, log into your account for updates. Or, go directly to the shipping carrier's website and enter the tracking number for updates. See carrier website information below. 

For US Postal Service Shipments: Free Standard Shipping, Priority Mail, Express Mail

  1. Copy the tracking number that is provided in your Shipping Confirmation email or from your account.
  2. Go to www.usps.com and paste the tracking number into the Tracking box.
  3. You will be redirected to a page with the tracking details.
US Postal Service Terminology:
  • Delivery Confirmation is a service that we request and that is offered by the US Postal Service for tracking/delivery confirmation of Standard, Priority Mail and Express Mail packages. 
  • Sort facility indicates the name/date/time of the last US Postal Service sort facility the package was processed through.
  • Delivered confirms the date/time/location the package was delivered.
  • Signature confirms the name of the person signing for the package.
For Federal Express Shipments:
  1. Copy the tracking number that is provided in your Shipping Confirmation email or from your account.
  2. Go to www.fedex.com/us/ and paste the number into the Track A Shipment box
  3. Click Track
  4. You will be redirected to a page with the tracking details.
