How will I know my order has shipped?


You will receive an email notification when your order has left our warehouse. You can also check the status of your order by logging into MyAccount.

If you do not see the order confirmation or shipping notification in your email, please check the spam or junk mail folder to see if the message was diverted there. If this happens, please add to your Safe Senders or address book to authorize future notifications from our email system.

Please note that email is our primary form of communication with our customers. If there is a change or issue affecting your order we will attempt to contact you via the email provided on your customer account.
