Our mission is to offer quality beads, gemstones, findings and jewelry supplies at fair prices in a fun environment with top-notch service! This is our pledge to you!

    We have been selling beads and jewelry making supplies since 2000. Our warehouse facility is located near sunny Tucson, Arizona. Our facility is not open to the public but you can shop 24/7, 365 days a year from the comfort of your own chair. If you have questions or need assistance in any way, please submit your inquires online through our Contact Us page. Please be as specific as possible in your inquiry.

    Phone Inquiries: beadsRfun.com is a warehouse and we sell beads and jewelry making supplies through our Internet web store. We do not have staff available to take phone orders or inquiries. For every phone call received we have to stop processing orders and the next order delayed just might be yours.   4. Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?


    Yes! beadsRfun.com is a supplier of wholesale beads, gemstones, findings and jewelry making supplies. We offer an aggressive tiered pricing structure which allows you to purchase multiple quantities of the same item at deep discounts. As a wholesaler of beads, items are packaged and shipped in bulk with like items placed in the same pak.

    We also offer volume discounts on total purchases of $250 or more (see FAQ #6 for more details on Volume Discounts.) When you use the tiered pricing and volume discounts jointly when placing an order, you receive the best wholesale bead prices available. Just the tiered pricing alone matches most wholesale prices at other Internet bead stores. We S-T-R-E-T-C-H your beading dollar to the max so you can buy beads for less!

    Our goal is to offer wholesale bead pricing to everyone! How do we offer such low prices? We purchase beads in large volumes at the lowest possible prices. Plus, we sell by the strand - not by the bead. This keeps labor and processing costs down which allows us to pass HUGE savings onto you!

  6. What is Quantity Pricing and how does it work?


    Quantity pricing allows you to receive big discounts when you purchase multiple quantities of the same item. To view the quantity pricing that is available for each product, simply click on the product image to open the detailed description page where the quantity price chart can be viewed. Here is an example of quantity pricing:

    3x10mm Alexandrite Dagger Beads Czech Glass, 50 per pak

     

    Quantity 1+ 5+  10+ 
    Price Each: $2.10 $1.89 $1.68
    Your Savings  - 10% 20%

    The quantity price is automatically calculated when you add the number of items to your shopping cart. For example, if you purchase quantity 5 of the Alexandrite Dagger Beads, the price is automatically adjusted to $1.89 per pak for a total of $9.45.

    Quantity pricing does not apply on Clearance items.

  7. What are Volume Discounts and how does it work?


    In addition to our fantastic tiered pricing structure, we offer volume discounts on your total order purchase that equals $250 or more after coupons have been applied. Volume discounts apply whether your purchase single items or multiple quantities of items. The discounts are automatically calculated during checkout.

    Volume Discount Rate Table:

    • 5% off purchases of $250 or more
    • 10% off purchases of $500 or more
    • 20% off purchases of $1000 or more

    Volume discounts apply to all product items including those marked Clearance.

  9. Coupons and Gift Certificates.

    We are pleased to offer special Coupon Discounts and Gift Certificates. 

    I have a coupon or gift certificate. How do I apply it to my order?

    For step-by-step instructions on using our shopping cart, please visit the FAQ page titled How To Place An Order

    To redeem a coupon or gift voucher, you must click on the button that says Checkout. If you click on the button that says Checkout With PayPal, it will bypass the page for entering coupon codes and it will take you directly to PayPal. By selecting the Checkout button, you can still use PayPal as a payment method plus redeem coupon codes.

    To apply a coupon or gift certificate voucher to your order, enter the code in the Discount Coupons box during checkout and click the Redeem button. The discount will automatically be applied to your order.

    If you select Checkout With PayPal (PayPal Express Payment), you will not be able to redeem coupons or gift voucher codes. PayPal Express Payment is designed for a quick and easy checkout which skips some steps of the checkout process including coupons or gift voucher codes. 

    Any coupon or gift certificate voucher must be correctly entered by the customer during the checkout process. beadsRfun.com is not able to apply discounts or issue credits after the checkout is completed. Why? Because excessive refunds cause our credit card processing fees to increase which, in turn, forces us to increase prices on our products. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for coupons after the order is completed.

    How Can I Receive a Coupon Code?

    Option 1: Create An Account

    • After you create an account with beadsRfun.com, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Check the bottom of this email for your registration code valued at 5% off. This code can be used at anytime but it can only be used once.
    • Spam filters may prevent email from reaching you. If you do not immediately receive an email from us confirming your registration check you Junk Mail or Spam folder. If you still do not find the email, Contact Us and ask us to provide you with your new registration coupon code.

    Option 2: Receive a Lifetime Discount Coupon

    • After placing an order, you will also receive an email confirming the order. Check the bottom of this email for your lifetime discount coupon code valued at 5% off every future purchase you make.  You will also receive this coupon code in the package with your order. SAVE this coupon!

    Gift Certificates

    Gift certificates are a great way to share the love of beading with friends, family, co-workers or other crafty people. beadsRfun.com offers gift certificates in denominations of $25, $50 or $100 dollars. Purchase a gift certificate the same way you would purchase any other item on this web site. After we receive your order, we will send an email with the Gift Voucher Code.     beadsRfun.com is a warehouse and we sell beads and jewelry making supplies through our Internet web store. We do not have staff available to take phone orders. The fastest way to process your order is through our secure online shopping cart. As an alternative, we will accept orders placed by Email or Standard Mail. See terms below:

    • Phone/Fax Orders: Since we are a functioning warehouse, we do not have phone operators available to take phone/fax orders.
    • Email Orders: We will be happy to receive your email order through our secure Contact Us page. To submit an email order, please provide the following details:

  11. Back Orders and Out of Stock items.


    The inventory on this web site is updated daily. Due to the difficulty of constantly monitoring stock, the inventory is approximately 99% accurate. Please check the Quantity column of each category for availability or view the detailed information page to view product availability for the item(s) you are interested in. If you have specific quantity requirements, we recommend contacting us for verification. Although we make every effort to provide accurate quantities, inventory quantities are not guaranteed. 

    When an item runs out, we do not back order it. We will ship the quantity that is on hand and issue a refund for the balance or substitue with another item from your order. On rare occassions, we may backorder an item if we know we will be receiving it in our warehouse within a few days. We will notify you by email if a backorder occurs.

    If an item is still available through our vendors, we will typically restock within 30 days. For imported items, they are restocked in 60-90 days. If we know when a shipment is scheduled to arrive, we will post the estimated arrival date on this web site for that specific item. To receive up to date product announcements, please sign up for our newsletter.   12. Do you accept Special Orders?


    Yes. If you want more of an item than what we currently have in stock or if you are looking for specific colors of an item, we will be happy to Special Order them for you. To receive a quote, please submit a detailed request through our Contact Us page. Special Orders are subject to availability from our vendors/suppliers. Special Orders may not be returned and are not refundable.

  13. Do you charge Sales Tax?


    We are required to collect 7.1% Arizona State sales tax on orders shipped to an Arizona location. If the package is being shipped to a location outside of Arizona, we are not required to collect sales tax and nothing further is required. Our shopping cart will only calculate sales tax if the shipping address is located in Arizona. 

    If you are a licensed bead business or designer in Arizona and are exempt from paying sales tax, you must fax a copy of Arizona Form 5000 to us at 520-514-1026. Send it to the attention of: beadsRfun.com Accounts Dept. To receive tax exempt status, please submit your tax exempt certificate before placing an order. We will notify you by email when your account has been set to tax exempt status.

    The shopping cart will automatically apply sales tax to all orders that are shipped to an Arizona location. If we have your Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax Exempt Certificate on file, we will deduct the sales tax and refund it to you after the order is placed. When placing your order, please mention in the Comments box that you are tax exempt.

  15. What methods of payment do you accept?


    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and PayPal eCheck. All credit card payments are processed through our secure online merchant account with PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account when purchasing with a credit card.

    To pay using a credit card, click on the blue Checkout button. To pay using your PayPal account, click on the yellow PayPal button or select the PayPal option on the checkout page. For more details about online security, please visit our Privacy and Security page.

    All product prices are in US Dollars and do not include shipping, handling, sales tax, import tariffs, duties or freight charges. We do not accept COD orders, money orders, cashier's checks, business or personal checks (other than PayPal eChecks.)

  16. Do you have a Minimum Order requirement? What is a Low Order Fee?


    You may buy as little or as much as you like, we do not have a minimum order requirement before you can check out. However, all orders under $25 will be assessed a $1.50 low order processing fee. This fee is extremely reasonable compred to other companies who charge between $2.95 to $5.00 on ALL orders you place regardless of the amount you purchase. Since we are offering wholesale/bulk pricing to all of our customers, the processing of a small order is not profitable at these low pricing levels. To avoid this charge simply order $25 or more in merchandise. The purchase amount must be $25 or more after all discounts have been applied to avoid the $1.50 low order fee. The low order fee is clearly stated in our policies and is a condition that customers accept when doing business with beadsRfun.com.

  19. How do I view my Order History & Shipping Status?


    You may view your previous order history and shipping status by using the 'My Account' link located in the upper right corner of this site. You will need to log in with your username (email address) and password. When you log in, click on "View the orders I have made" under the My Orders section. To view the shipping status of an order, click on the invoice number, scroll to the bottom to see the shipping status located under Order History. You will see dates and status of the order including Pending Payment, Processing, Shipped or On Hold. Next to each date you may see notes related to that order. These notes also serve as notices to customers which are sent directly to your email box. To receive these email notices, be sure your email address is correct on your account. If you are expecting email from us and have not received it, be sure to check your spam or junk email box.

  22. How to search this site using Quick Find and Advanced Search.


    Quick Find

    The Quick Find feature searches the Product Name or Model Number only. Quick Find will not search the product description. To search using both the Product Name and the Description, see the instructions for Advanced Search below. After entering your search term in the Quick Find box, click on the magnifying glass to start the search.

    The best way to search using Quick Find is to use the model number. If you do not know the model number, then use one or two word search terms. For example, if you are looking for 6mm Sapphire Firepolish beads, the best search terms would be '6mm Sapphire' or '6mm firepolish.' If you want to see all Sapphire beads, enter the term 'Sapphire.'

    Tip: We do not recommend using the words "bead", "beads", "Czech", "glass" or "gemstone" in your search. These terms are redundant and may or may not be used in the Product Name or Model Number. These terms will make it more difficult to find the item you are looking for.

    Tip: For best search results, we recommend searching by:

    • Size: 6mm, 20mm, or 10x11mm
    • Color: Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Pink, etc. We use industry specific color names rather than generic colors such as blue, green or red. If you use a generic color term for your search, it may provide a very limited search result whereas the industry specific color names will provide a broader search selection.
    • Bead Type: Jasper, Flower, Elephant, Monkey, Druk, Swarovski, Pearl, Heart, etc. Generic terms such as "Animal Beads", "Czech Beads" "Glass Beads", etc. will not return many results as these terms are not always used in Product Names or Descriptions.
    • If you still cannot find what you are looking for, choose from the Categories listed in the red box on the left side of the web page or Contact Us.

    Advanced Search

    The Advanced Search feature will search in Product Name, Model Number and the product Description. Click on Advanced Search in the Quick Find box. Enter the Search Criteria (for best results, use one or two word terms only), and click the box next to "Search In Product Descriptions." Click the Search button.

  23. Can I save my shopping cart?


    Yes! Shopping carts are automatically saved to your account. Just log into your account and place items in your shopping cart. The items will be saved until you are ready to check out. NOTE: Shopping carts are not saved if you are not logged in.

    Items placed in a shopping cart are not removed from inventory until you complete checkout. Items may sell out if checkout is not completed right away.

  24. Do you accept reciprocal links from other websites?


    Absolutely! Sharing reciprocal links with similar websites is a great way to increase rank popularity on search engines. It also provides a tremendous resource for customers. Below are the requirements for submitting your reciprocal link.

    • Your web site must be related to beads, beading, jewelry making, jewelry, crafts, or home decor. If you are not sure if your site qualifies, go ahead and complete the reciprocal link application and submit your website for review. We will notify you if your site has been approved or not.
    • We absolutely do not allow web sites that are not family friendly. Do not even bother submitting a site that is of questionable values as it will be automatically rejected.
    • We do not accept links to link farming sites.
    • Our link must be located on the same website as the primary URL. For example, if your site is http://www.yourdomain.com/ then our reciprocal link must be placed on http://www.yourdomain.com/. If our reciprocal link is placed on a different URL, your reciprocal link application will be rejected.
    • We try to view and approve reciprocal link applications within a timely matter. However, we do get busy and it may take up to two weeks to review all applications. You will be notified by email when your application is approved or rejected.

  25. I am trying to log in and it says Error: No Match for Email Address and/or Password. What do I do?

    For security purposes, passwords and email addresses are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they were entered when the account was originally set up. If a single letter or digit is misspelled, the password and/or email will be rejected. 

    If the email address is misspelled , contact us and we can verify the email address that was registered on the account. Since passwords are encrypted, we do not have access to this information so we cannot verify the password for you. However, you can take the following steps to retrieve a temporary password which will allow you to log in and reset your password:

    • 1. Go to http://www.beadsrfun.com/ and click on Log In
    • 2. In the first box titled "Returning Customer", click on "Forgot Password? Click here"
    • 3. Enter your email address and click Continue. A temporary password will immediately be sent to your email address. The temporary password may consist of numbers and letters.
    • 4. Return to http://www.beadsrfun.com/ and click on Log In.
    • 5. Enter the email address that is registered on your account.
    • 6. Copy and paste the temporary password into the password box and click the Log In button (this password must be entered exactly as it is written)
    • Once you are logged in with the temporary password, go to ‘My Account' and edit your password.

  26. Beads with flaws, chips, bubbles, flat spots etc.


    As much as we would like to guarantee that each and every bead will be free from flaws, it just isn't humanly possible. All beads will have some type of flaw whether it be a chip, a bubble, a crack, a flat spot or some other flaw. Flaws are inherent in any mass produced product including beads and findings. When we receive shipments, we review the beads as a whole to determine their quality. Items that are obviously damaged are immediately removed and recycled. Based upon our evaluation of the overall quality, we will price the strands, individual beads or paks accordingly.

    beadsRfun.com does not issue credits for single imperfect beads found on a strand. For beads or other items that are sold individually, we will exchange the individual bead or item. If beads or items are sold loose in a pak, we will exchange the entire pak but not an individual item from the pak. We will not inspect the beads prior to shipping unless you choose the inspection services we provide for a fee.
